About Me
My name is Cassie and I live in Frederick, MD with my husband, our two kids, and three dogs! I have a background in the fine arts, photography and teaching, and I have always loved natural remedies and trying to live a more healthy lifestyle. Ella Blu comes from the nickname given to my daughter by her Godmother. I created this online space as a way to connect with other like minded individauls who are interested in learning more.
I began using Young Living essential oils in 2015 right around the time I became pregnant for the first time. Throughout my pregnancy, during labor, and with my newborn daughter, essential oils have been there to support my family and me in a natural way. I love that essential oils really are for everyone –
My family and I use our oils every day for things like cleaning, skin care, boosting our mood, supporting our immune system, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Safety and science are also very important to me when it comes to using essential oils. I have a passion for sharing how they can help benefit others lives and how easy it it to integrate them on a daily basis.
Using essential oils has benefited my life and that of my family, and I hope I can help others do the same through education and sharing. I am currently studying French Aromatic Medicine through the School for Aromatic Studies.
